Specify the pipe before comparing quotations
Include the applicable standard and edition, nominal size, wall series or schedule, coating, end connection and required length. Identify whether the order is supply only, material plus threading, or a complete installed network. Galvanized steel pipe is not assigned a universal working-pressure rating simply because it is described as GI.

Supply and installation scope
A coordinated enquiry can include straight pipe, compatible fittings, valves, supports, threading or other specified joining, installation, testing and commissioning. Agree the drawing, responsibility for connections to existing services, access requirements and required handover records before work is priced.
For compressed air, check the peak demand, route, equipment pressure, air treatment and condensate arrangements. Use the compressed-air sizing calculator as a preliminary guide, then confirm the actual bore and complete design.
Qatar and UAE delivery enquiries
For Qatar, state whether delivery or work is in Doha, Mesaieed, Ras Laffan or another location. For the UAE, identify the emirate, industrial area and any free-zone access requirements. Confirm the exact site, unloading arrangements and requested date with the quotation team. Coverage enquiries do not imply an existing approval or guaranteed access to every facility.
For bulk GI pipe stock, contact the AAM Steel group business and confirm its current product availability. Installation enquiries remain with Aamtron's piping team. Do not substitute one company's quotation or stock statement for another's confirmation.

Supply prices change with specification, quantity, finish and delivery terms. Installation costs also depend on route length, fittings, valves, work height, shutdowns, supports and testing. Send a measured drawing or material list for a comparable written quotation rather than relying on an unverified per-metre allowance.
